Client project to create mall visibility outside of Lacoste stores in KSA.

Led the creative design direction, development and installation logistics remotely from the UK by working closely with partners in the UAE and KSA.

Worked closely with the local trade marketing manager to ensure creative direction was on brand and met there expectations.

Managed project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications and risk to ensure successful delivery to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
