Client project to create a Johnnie walker acting lounge in the heart of Dubai Marina. 

 

Led the creative design direction, development and installation logistics. Worked closely with the local trade marketing manager to ensure creative direction was on brand and met there expectations. Sourced all furniture locally and liaised with the site foreman for MEP and site surveys.

 

Managed project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications and risk to ensure successful delivery to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
