Burberry Japan Pop up
Led the architectural development and installation logistics remotely from the UK with partners based in Japan. Worked closely with the senior creative designer to ensure creative direction for the pop up was acheivable within a 4 week production window.
Managed project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications and risk to ensure successful delivery to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
