Client project to implement the Guinness brand guidelines on Gondola ends across the Middle Travel retail and off licences.

 

Led the design adaptation direction, development, production and installation logistics based in Dubai for the region by working closely with local partners. 

 

Worked closely with the local trade marketing manager to ensure design adaptation was on brand and met there expectations. 

 

Managed project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications and risk to ensure successful delivery to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
