Client project to create a Grey Goose roof top bar in the heart of Dubai Marina to promote the new limited edition Grey Goose release within the region.

 

Led the creative design direction, development and installation logistics. Worked closely with the local trade marketing manager to ensure creative direction was on brand and met there expectations. Sourced and produced all furniture locally and liaised with the site foreman for MEP and site surveys.

 

Managed project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications and risk to ensure successful delivery to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
