Client project to create an in-store retail experience event at The Dubai Mall for customers for the run up and weekend of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Experience was to promote the stylish Geox shoes but to highlight the durability and technology of the shoes.
Customers were invited to drive the F1 track simulator and have the chance to win a grand prize at the end of the F1 weekend.
Led the creative design direction, development and installation logistics. Worked closely with the local trade marketing manager to ensure creative direction was on brand and met there expectations.
Managed project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications and risk to ensure successful delivery to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
